In order to start training applicant must apply for a permission from Polish CAA to train.

The training cannot begin until applicant’s application is approved and the permission issued.

 

How to send the application:


Applicant has to fill out the application, sign it and attach copies of necessary documents which are required for a specific type of training. The copies of documents must be notarized by notary public or for documents to be notarized applicant can visit closest Polish Embassy. For all trainings applicant has to attach notarized copies of valid passport and visa.  Complete documentation along with the application candidate has to send by post to our school:

Required notarized documents to specific type of training:

 

  1. PPL(A) – filled out and signed application, copies of medical certificate class 2, valid passport and visa.
  2. ATPL(A) theoretical training only – filled out and signed application, copies of  PPL(A) license, medical certificate class 2, valid passport and visa.
    NVFR – filled out and signed application, copies of  PPL(A) license, medical certificate class 2, valid passport and visa, first page and  last accounted pages of log book.
  3.  MEP(L) – filled out and signed application, copies of  PPL(A)/CPL(A) license, medical certificate class 1 or 2, first page and  last accounted pages of log book, valid passport and visa. The applicant must present in their log book (copies of those pages)that he/she has 70 hours as PIC and NVFR rating in license  to start MEP(L) training.
  4. IR(A) – filled out and signed application, copies of  PPL(A)/CPL(A) license, medical certificate class 1, first page and  last accounted pages of pilot`s log book, valid passport and visa. The applicant must present in their log book (copies of those pages)that he/she has 50 hours as PIC cross country flights (or the applicant can create a table grid of hour flown as PIC that will include 50 hours as pilot in command cross country flights.Table grid must contain at least: dates of the flight, airfield, time of the fligth,  airctaft flown, it must be signed by the applicant.) and finished ATPL(A) theoretical training with the certificate of completion from EASA approved ATO to start IR(A) and Civil Aviation Authority certificate of passing all 14 ATPL(A) exams to conduct IR(A) skill test. 
  5. IR/ME – (shorter version of training 3 hours of practical training on simulator and 2 hours of practical training on aircraft), filled out and signed application, copies of  PPL(A)/CPL(A) license, medical certificate class 1,first page and  last accounted pages of pilot`s log book., valid passport and visa and Civil Aviation Authority certificate of passing all 14 ATPL(A) exams  . The applicant must have IR(A) and MEP(L) rating in license, he/she must present in their log book (copies of those pages)that he/she has 50 hours as PIC cross country flights (or the applicant can create a table grid of hour flown as PIC that will include 50 hours as pilot in command cross country flights. Table grid must contain at least: dates of the flight, airfield, time of the fligth,  airctaft flown, it must be signed by the applicant.)
  6. IR(A)/MEP(L) – (40 hours of practical training on simulator and 15 hours of training on multi engine aircraft), filled out and signed application, copies of  PPL(A)/CPL(A) license, medical certificate class 1, first page and  last accounted pages of pilot`s log book, valid passport and visa. The applicant must present in their log book (copies of those pages)that he/she has 50 hours as PIC cross country flights (or the applicant can create a table grid of hour flown as PIC that will include 50 hours as pilot in command cross country flights. Table grid must contain at least: dates of the flight, airfield, time of the fligth,  airctaft flown, it must be signed by the applicant.) and finished ATPL(A) theoretical training with the certificate of completion from EASA approved ATO to start IR(A)/MEP(L) and Civil Aviation Authority certificate of passing all 14 ATPL(A) exams to conduct IR(A)/MEP(L) skill test. To start IR(A)/MEP(L) training the applicant has to finish MEP(L) training first and after that apply for IR(A)/MEP(L) training permission. There can be one skill test conducted after finishing MEP(L) and IR(A)/MEP(L) training.
  7. CPL(A) - filled out and signed application, copies of PPL(A) license, medical certificate class 1, first and last accounted pages of pilot’s log book, valid passport and visa, Civil Aviation Authority certificate of passing all 14 ATPL(A) exams. Requirements to start the training are: to have 150 total flight hours to start the training and 200 total flight hours out of which 100 hours as PIC to conduct CPL(A) skill test. Applicant has to have 540 NM flight done before starting the training and have IR(A) rating written in the license or present a certificate of completing basic IR training for shorter version of CPL(A) training.


After we receive required documents, we will check them , sign and they will be sent to Polish CAA for permission. As soon as we get information regarding the permission being issued we will notify the applicant. Any incomplete documents for application will be rejected  or applicant will be asked to complement them.
